My Super Bowl
Well, maybe a Super Plate. This is what I had for dinner tonight and it was soooo good. Meatloaf (mom's recipe), baked yam (the real thing baby), and green beans with almonds. And of course, chocolate milk.
It's halftime during the Super Bowl. The Steelers are looking great, but the Cardinals have been keeping them awake too. It should be a great second half. I must say, Bruce Springsteen is still hot and can still perform! Wow. He's 69, people. Does anyone else find that amazing? It's so weird to think about. My dad was born in 1936 - so he would be 72 right now. He died at the age that Steve is at right now. I don't know why that is odd to me, but it is.
I haven't seen any outstanding commercials yet. What's your favorite?

Yum! Do you have your mom's meatloaf recipe typed so you could send it to me easily? I love meatloaf, but not really crazy about the 2 recipes I have.
I was looking for your FM post. Your half time meal looks so yummy, but where is all the junk food?? Isnt that what Super bowl is all about?he he. I thought The Boss, was fabulous, even after all these years he still has the "it" factor.
Janis - thanks for stopping. I just woke up so I have my post up now!
I'm trying to cut down on junk food - plus I spent the Super Bowl alone so I thought it'd be better if I ate healthy instead of making a bunch of junk food that I'd have leftover. If it helps, I did have two cookies too. :)
Bruce is 59, not 69.
Yeah, I realized Wikipedia had an incorrect birthdate this morning when I read a couple other articles. My bad. But he's still amazing to me.
